Here at Memory-Up, we understand our customers like to know how their orders were processed and what the status is of their orders. Thus below is some information regard to how we process and keep you updated for your orders throughout the whole process. Place an Order
Step 1: Find the compatible memory via Method1, Method2, or Method3 from our homepage. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at sales@memory-up.com or call us at 1-888-725-4555.
Step 2: Place the order either online or by phone with our staffs. Simply follow the instructions and complete the order.
Step 3: Right after placing the order, you will receive either a verbal/e-mail confirmation regard to your order number and the details of your order.
Process and Ship
Step 1: Our Accounting Dept. would process the order and e-mail you the invoice for the order. If there is a problem with your order, our Accounting Dept. would also try to call you or send an e-mail regard to the detail of the problem.
Step 2: Our Production Dept. would double check the compatibility with your system to ensure it is "Guaranteed to Work". After verifying the compatibility, Production Dept. staffs would pull the memory from inventory with your order's packing slip, and then scan the barcode associated with the memory to make sure everything is correct and precise. While the Production Dept. is taking the memory out of the inventory, the Receiving Dept. is doing the Pre-testing for the newly arrived shipment to assure the excellent quality of Black Diamond Memory.
Step 3: Our Shipping Dept. would check the product/quantity again to make sure the order is correct. The order would then be sealed and the shipping label would be generated. At the same time, an automated e-mail regard to the tracking number would be sent to you for the order.
Step 4: Order is now in transit via UPS/U.S.P.S, you can use the following map as reference for the Estimated Delivery of Arrival.
Note: U.S.P.S does not have the Time-in-Transit Map available. U.S.P.S Standard Mail would usually take 3-7 business days and U.S.P.S Priority would usually take 2-3 business days to arrive depends on areas.

Receive and Install
Step 1: The order had arrived, please check the system manual or our online installation guides to install the memory.
Step 2: If you experience any problems or difficulties for the memory, please feel free to e-mail us at support@memory-up.com or call us at 1-888-725-4555. Our staff would be glad to answer the questions for you.
